Brief Description

Article 48 of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola in 2010 includes the following provisions: Any associations or groupings whose purposes or activities are contrary to the constitutional order, or which incite and practice violence, promote tribalism, racism, dictatorship, fascism or xenophobia, in addition to any military, militarised or paramilitary-type associations, shall be prohibited.
